Anxiety Off
This is for the person whose mind runs at 2am. You already know the advice: breathe, sleep, get off your phone. This plan isn't that. It's five days of reading what the Bible actually says to anxious people, which turns out to be more honest than 'don't worry'.
The passages are short on purpose. An anxious brain can't take in forty verses, so each day is two or three pieces that fit together: one that names the feeling, one that answers it. Some are prayers written by people who were clearly not calm when they wrote them. That's the point. You don't need to arrive calm.
If your anxiety is the kind that needs a doctor, please talk to one. This plan sits alongside that, not instead of it.

| 3 | The psalm has mountains falling into the sea before it says 'be still'.
